Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom orders (including t-shirt quilts) require additional time. Processing time will be communicated at the time of order and typically ranges from 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity and order volume.

During peak seasons (holidays, graduation season), turnaround times may be longer. We’ll always keep you updated on your order status.

We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the item and destination.

All orders include tracking. You'll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.

Signature confirmation may be required for high-value or custom orders.

We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., please contact us directly to inquire about international shipping options.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

For custom quilts, shipping is typically $20–$40, depending on quilt size and delivery location.
📦 Packaging

All items are carefully packed to protect them in transit. Custom quilts are folded and wrapped in protective packaging to preserve their shape and fabric.
❗Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at alicia@cutsnstitches.com. We’ll do our best to assist you and file claims if applicable.

Local pickup is available in Statesboro, GA. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.
